We have already a joomla templace with Auction Factory, but we need to enhance this solution to include the following: We can redesign the look and feel of the website to be much more user friendly and integrate the auction functionality and subscription detail to provide a more complete solution. The action functionality should concentrate on: A) potential bidders first need to come to the clients office and provide the bank guarantees and sign the legal documents. then the user will be registered on the website. his maximum bid limit should not be more that his bank guarantee. b) on the day of the auction, the user may bid, but then he decide to bid on more than one property and he is the highest bidder on both, his total bids my not be more than his bank guarantee. c) we want to load a contract template and once the bid is closed and awarded to a bidder, we want the website to automatically populate the contract with the bidders information as well as the property information. this contract then needs to be printed and signed d) property on auction needs to be loaded and be shown on the front page as a slide show. the users then should be bale to look through the properties We later want to enhance the system to include renting as well but for now we just want the ability to sell property online. refer to for a similar idea.
