Position: Quality Engineer III Duration: 24+Months Location: Jacksonville, FL    Assisting companies Quality Department in implementing quality analytics across the business.   Responisibilities: Duties include analyzing business databases, building and updating scorecards, carrying out fit-gap analysis, process analysis, SPC charting, data mining, and other analysis as directed. Applying statistical theories and methods to raw data to assist in the development of necessary statistical analyses and presents data in the form of tables and graphs. Preparing or assisting in the preparation of conclusions and forecasts. Generating reports describing the sources of data, the data analysis methodology as well as results and conclusions. Summarizing data in PowerPointpresentations and automating the data collection and scorecard generation where practical. Presenting the data to members of company and department Complete business projects relevant to the Product Quality activities, metrics and scorecards, analysis and related interface with various other departments including Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Distribution. Work with management to collect and analyze data related to quality complaint trends, root causes, process capability, and assist in implementing corrective actions plans based on trend analysis and forecasting.   Minimum Educational Qualifications: BS (Masters (MBA/MS) in Statistics, Engineering or related field preferred); Six Sigma Black Belt required.   Skills Required: Strong statistical software (Minitab, JMP or SAS) knowledge required. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools. Ability to work on manufacturing floor with good communications skills and process flow understanding. Strong communication skills.
