Summary: - company: AllYearbooks ( http://allyearbooks.co.uk ) - £17K-£18K per annum - temporary, 4-5 months (to end June or July) - 37.5 hours per week (e.g. 9am-5.30pm) - available: to start approx 13th Feb - location: Mill Road, central Cambridge - job type: customer support, yearbook coordinator, admin, customer service, office job Company: We're the UK's leading provider of school and university yearbooks. Role: Guide customers through their yearbook creation, providing help and support from the initial contact through to printing and delivery. Includes sales duties with new enquiries. Key responsibilities: - Be on the phone, email, IM and Skype with our customers (mainly students and teachers) - Respond to and follow up enquiries - Help customers with their support requests - Update customer records on our in-house database - Manage payments from customers - Advise customers on design decisions relating to their books Essential skills: - Precise attention to detail - Friendly but professional when dealing with customers - Happy on the phone - Good at writing emails - Great spelling, grammar and writing skills for emails - Advanced computer literacy skills including fast and accurate typing, keyboard shortcuts and the ability to manage multiple tabs/windows Hours: 37.5 hours per week (e.g. 9am-5.30pm with an hour lunch) Availability: to start asap.
