I am setting up a email campaign center for my company we aim to send at least a minimum of 5 mails * 16 countries / month. This is the minimum rate we aim to crank up frequency once system is in place. We have our own email machine which can store templates and etc.. and has a wyswig/html editor etc.. ACY Mailing (joomla component). I will also use a project management system for all steps of the creation process. I am basically looking for a designer who is capable of turning around drafts in 36hrs from request, and than following feedback turn around the final version in a further 48hrs. Attached is also a slide showing the planned mail creation process. Please quote on a per template basis, also bearing in mind that some templates will need to be duplicated and have translations added, another rate could be discussed perhaps per template and than an additional charge to create the translated versions, I am open to negotiations.
