As Ladbrokes continues to grow we are seeking an Interim Advertising Manager to join the Marketing Campaigns team, covering an existing role, based at our Head Office in Rayners Lane. Reporting to the Head of Campaigns, the role will provide a range of duties including the following: Working with external agencies, develop daily tactical press advertising, to support Ladbrokes betting offers and promotions. Support key national marketing campaigns with the development of press advertising for the national press titles. Manage a team of two Execs (one Senior) in the tactical delivery and placement of ads. Engage business stakeholders, as required, such as the Head of Betting Events and Compliance, to ensure that offers and promotion are fully signed of prior to publication in press ads. Ensure that all press deadlines are met. It is essential that the Interim Advertising Manager has proven experience of working in marketing communications and advertising - with robust experience of both creative and press ad development processes. Agency management skills are also essential. Betting industry experience is an advantage, but by no means essential. A relevant marketing or business degree would be an advantage.
