French Fluent 1st Line Support Engineer
A French Speaking 1st Line Service Desk Analyst (Active Directory, Exchange 2003, MS Office, Blackberry, Windows 7) is required by one of our clients based in central London. The consultant must be fluent in French. The main responsibility of the Service Desk Analyst will be to provide first (1st) line support to our client's international businesses and to ensure that all problems and requests are recorded, monitored and resolved in a timely manner. Day to day duties will include answering the telephone and responding to e-mails, logging incidents, and resolving them where possible by using predefined scripts and remote control software; assigning the incidents to 2nd/3rd line if applicable. The successful consultant will be speaking globally to French speaking countries. Experience working with a large number of users would be beneficial as the successful candidate will be looking after approximately 2000 users. Please note that this is a 1st line role only with the majority of the time spent on the telephone/email. Only candidates fluent in French with knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange 2003, MS Office (including excellent Outlook knowledge), Blackberry and experience supporting Windows 7 will be shortlisted. This is a 3 month initial contract working on a multi-lingual Helpdesk but there is a high chance this could roll on. TEKsystems is a division of Allegis Group Ltd.
