We are looking for a skilled programmer who can create a 5 page UI design for a voice mail app that we're working on. We need someone who has experience with designing Apps and who can be creative on their own without much assistance from us. We will only give funcitionality of app and from there you will have to come up with a creative design that's unique and very nice.
