Job Description Job Description We need someone who is an expert in Active Directory, DNS and DHCP and Windows 2003 The problem is this, printer spooler issue, Domain: Biwacomm unavailable due to access issues, primary DNS is not available, can't login to secondary DNS. We need someone who has hands-on Windows XP and Windows 2003 server experience. Also DNS, DHCP, VPN, IPSec, Domain controller and Active directory, user group policy, FireWall. Qualifications VOIP Expert Windows 2003 System Engineer Network Administrator ActiveX Call Center experience Currently our office has no external network access. 1) Presently, the problem has been narrowed down to the firewall/router not allowing traffic outside of the network. 2) Router is presently running PDL Unix based firewall. 3) Details of the configuration are not known, as documentation is very weak. 4) All units are still able to communicate unhindered via the internal network, and the internet connection has been extensively tested and verified to be solid. YOUR JOB 1) Your job is to help us figure out how to get you into the system since currently the firewall is rejecting any entry. 2) To assist in resetting, reconfiguring the firewall to provide both security and to avoid further problem. 3) Please apply if you are available now.
