Plastic Headset Prototype SketchUp Model Shapeways Printing
I am looking for someone who can help me with a shapeways printing project. I have some crude hand sketches that I need turning into an digital model ready for 3d printing. The item to be created is a two piece plastic headset, similar to a pair of headphones. The two parts need to "click" together, so that will be an intricacy to get right. One of the parts will need to be hollow, to allow for the placement of a small electronic component including a battery compartment (perhaps that makes 3 parts including battery cover) and an external button and LED. One part will be made from "Frosted detail" and the other from "white, strong & flexible" (this will make sense if you know shapeways) I want a logo detail on the side of both parts. If you have done stuff like this before please show me an example (in a jpg or pdf format) and I will share my sketches with you. Thanks.
