Develop an entertainment site using Wordpress

I need an entertainment site using Wordpress. Site's homepage should be populated with a video section and then an image section below it. I'll provide all content. Site should have basic pages i.e. Home, About, Management, Blog, Services and Contact as well as have related plugins (including ones for social media) installed. My preferred themes to get this done is woothemes.com so you can look around and recommend via pmb. All work must be done on my test server and after final approval, moved to my permanent server and tested for at least 2 days before payment! Payment is by 100% escrow only.
