We were operating a website selling herbal incense (without controlled substances) back in September 2011. We were contacted by a gentleman named Stewart John who worked for a company called Pricebidz Distributors Inc. out of New York City. He knew of one of our current product suppliers and told us he could give us the same product at a cheaper price. We happily agreed to place an order for $30,000.00 USD. Attached is the invoice. We wired half of the amount, $15,000.00 (one transaction for $8,000.00 and one for $7,000.00) on September 19, 2011 to Pricebidz Distributors Inc. via Bank of America. We received half of our order which was supposedly all they had ready at the time. Once we received it we opened the box and quickly discovered that Stuart John had completely lied to us as the product was not at all what we ordered or was expecting. They sent us a product equivalent to grass clippings and a product that was illegal to even sell in the state of Louisiana. Realizing we were duped we immediately returned the entire shipment (fedex tracking number 797572399373). Attached is also the fedex proof of delivery. We were told by Stuart John that they would have no problems at all refunding our money. Notice how the invoice says "100% Money Back Guarantee". After numerous phone calls the owner of Pricebidz Distributors Inc., by the name of Richard Galimi told us he would return our money. We contacted Stuart John over AOL instant messenger and was told Richard Galimi fired him. Richard then ignored us from that point forward. His secretary would answer the phone and then make excuses to us as why he was not there. We are looking for a lawyer to represent our company, Fozzy Networks LLC (a Florida company) in the state of New York to get our money back. This man is a thief and needs to be brought to justice.
