Head of ICT Services / Service Delivery Global FTSE250 Business requires a Head of ICT/Service Delivery Manager to act as the Lead for the ICT service line on a competitive bid to offer multiple outsourced services to a Local Authority This will be part of a bid for a Local Authority, so experience in this sector is vital. You will:- Be responsible for an ICT service line solution, including infrastructure, network, desk-top services, applications, help-desk etc. Work alongside other ICT Leads responsible for Finance, Customer Services, Revs & Bens, Procurement and HR. Developing Target Operating Models for ICT You must:- Have an excellent track record in developing Target Operating Models (TOM) for IT Be a creative, commercial thinker with an ability to spot cost saving potential Have a thorough understanding of a Local Authority structure; HR, Procurement, Payroll, Accounting etc..
