Product Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a forward thinking organisation as a Product Manager. The purpose of this role is to manage a portfolio of credit card products for performance to profit targets, refinement and development to maximise and grow the active base and to deliver the customer experience expected from our Brand. Develop portfolio strategies to grow the product line both to existing customers and direct to market via our partners and third parties Key Responsibilities: 1. Profitability to determined targets by: • Overall brand/product • Individual programme • Channel • Lifecycle 2. Product pricing within Brands • Key drivers of profitability and revenue - APRs and differentials; product constructs (grace days; trailing interest; quasi cash; fees etc) • Competitor comparison positioning through different distribution channels • Agreeing financial models to support business cases for change • Develop and present business cases for enhanced profitability/revisions to keep on-track 3. Customer experience, journey and treatment for each brand/product • Regularly review and propose changes, with supporting business cases, to delivery channel processes and set up • Work with Customer Marketing to ensure "joined up" lifecycle customer experience The ideal candidate will have: Experience of product management.
