Our client : Our client is a large airline services organisation based in Heathrow. The role: To ensure that Safety Compliance and procedures are implemented, monitored and maintained in the unit.  To effectively work and communicate with the safety compliance team and unit management to continuously improve standards. Duties include; ·          Implementation of safety compliance standards and procedures. ·          Auditing of safety compliance internal procedures and external suppliers. ·          Carrying out training of employees and managers in safety compliance and associated topics. ·          Liaison with internal and external customers ·          Day to day interface between contracted services and the unit including; cleaning services, pest control, waste services etc. ·          Good written communication including report writing, presentation of information and conclusions. ·          Responsible for conducting investigations and ensuring necessary actions are taken and communicated for safety compliance matters including customer complaints, accidents, risk assessments, insurance claims etc. ·          Accident analysis & trending to identify problem areas ·          Daily maintenance of the HACCP system and other safety information and documentation.   SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS ·          Proven experience of at least 3 years working in a food hygiene and/or Health & Safety environment implementing food safety and health and safety policies . ·          Educated to a minimum of degree level or equivalent. ·          Recognized formal training/qualification in Food Hygiene and/or Management of Health & Safety, or working towards. ( NEBOSH Diploma in Health & Safety Management or similar related discipline/CEHO Advance Food Safety/Hygiene or similar related discipline/HACCP. ·          An experienced auditor within this remit, ideally with related qualification (ISO/BSC) ·          Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. ·          Experience and ability in compiling and presenting reports.   Salary depending on experience.
