Unfortunately the person we had working for us has fallen ill and we need a new candidate. She had the following expertise: "freelancer data entry professional with more than 8 years of experience and fully equipped home office (dual monitors, MS Office, Photoshop, OCR software, etc.) - among other things" "quick learner and a tech savvy person - I have a BSc Degree in Software Engineering. I use MS Office products on daily basis - and I also have experience with bulk uploading (from .csv files) and I know HTML and CSS very well. I use PHP scripts to make data entry quicker (data scraping) whenever it's possible. However I never do the whole job automatically. I always check the finished product manually by record to record." The product information (descriptions, details, images, line drawings, etc.) will be found in Manufacturer PDF files/websites and copied into the .csv files. The eCommerce portal to add the products through is called "Interspire Shopping Cart" or "BigCommerce." The information required for the .csv files: product name product sku product options (multiple options + different options for each product) product descriptions product features product specifications *Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: This is an ongoing project. If we find a company/person that is providing what we need, this is a long-term relationship with much more hours available. **VERY IMPORTANT** I DO NOT NEED A COMPANY TO JUST PROCESS FILES. I NEED SOMEONE WHO WILL TAKE THE TIME TO UNDERSTAND THE PRODUCTS AND KNOW WHAT IS RIGHT AND WRONG, MAKE SUGGESTIONS, MAKE OUR SITE PRODUCT/CONTENT BETTER!.
