Job Description We are a startup healthcare technology firm and we are looking for someone to manage the projects. You should have a minimum of 3 years of project managment experience. Technical abilities along with healthcare experience is highly desirable. You should have excellent written and spoken English communication skills. As a startup company, we work hard and we expect that you do the same. However, our budgets are tight. We would like you to be self driven and take minimal direction and complete tasks on time. You are expected to update priject goals and milestones on a daily basis. We have developers all over the globe and the number of people change from time to time. We can say that the size of our team is around 50. We have various project going on and the job responsibilities include: * Discuss with each team member on a daily basis about their tasks in hand. * Monitor the project progress * Check if they are facing any issues * Co-ordiante between different people for effective communications * Track and update project goals / objectives / milestones * Estimate project completions * Communicate with the management You will be paid monthly, flat fee for the services. You are expected to work at least 40 hours per week. Confidentiality is very important to us and you are expected to sign confidentiality agreement. We will communicate with our developers using Gtalk and Phone. You should have high speed Internet access and you login via Gtalk while working on our project. We are in Eastern time zone (http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/city.html?n=25) and we expect that you work to match our time (at least partial day) so that it would be easy to co-ordinate tasks.
