Redesign Existing Web Site Including Intro/Splash Page For Wordpress
I need to create a new design for my web site at www.statesattorney.org. I need a new DESIGN for both the first page that comes up, and for all of the "inside" pages, including the "index2.html" page that comes after hitting the Home menu item. The new design should be database driven so I can change elements and content via a database. For instance, if I want to changea page element now, I need to manually change it on all 200 pages of the site -- I only want to change it once for whole site.
