Real Estate Virtual Assistant
Job Description I own a wholesaling real estate company where high expectations are always the norm. My virtual assistant will have to master computer skills, customer service skills and be able to control situations as they come. I need someone who can handle many tasks at a time and can finish them in a timely manner. Fluent english and if possible spanish is preferred. Once I hire my virtual assistant I will be communicating with them through email and Skype. Communication is very important to me. A report of the work done everyday will be sent to me at the end of each work day. I will submit all the tasks to be completed through email, and I expect for them to be done in a maximum period of 2 business days. Tasks that I will ask my VA to complete will the following among others and as needed: 1. Submit real estate cash offers. 2. Make phone calls to potential cash buyers. 3. complete email campaigns. 4. Manipulate Facebook and Twitter accounts. Add likes to Facebook and followers to twitter and maintain conversations on each.
