Job Description I am looking to create a series of websites which will have a index page which will contain some flash and have links to other websites as well as links to other pages. I have attached a rough concept of the index and sub-page. The sub-page will be a template for many more pages to be created. I would like my new site to have some sort of flash intro and I also like the way the various selections (like 'portfolio' and 'services') light up when the mouse hovers over them in this template http://www.templatemonster.com/flash-templates/26348.html All back-end coding has been completed in a .php format and will be incorporated into this site. I will also be looking for this site to be created in a few different colors and will be able to supply the backgrounds. AS you will see from the attached example, at the bottom I would like links that say, 'Reports for Buyers', 'Reports for Sellers', 'Reports on Mortgages' and 'Mortgage Calculator'. Applicants are required to state in which format they intend to design these sites in, rate that they will charge and how quickly you can complete this task.
