Online Billing Automation NOTE: USA Developers preferred Company seeking online billing and account management software to set up on existing website. Overview: Our client has an existing website providing service programs. All billing and account management is handled offline currently. The client is seeking to set up an online billing system which includes: - User account creation and management (users can create and manage their accounts online) - Admin account creation and management - Automated billing - Detailed requirements to be developed with hired developer Preference: Client is interested in using existing (open source) software to save costs rather than custom software. Such software needs to be open enough to customize some aspects, but customization will be minimal. System Info: Will run on LAMP system in a BlueHost shared cpanel environment. Developer Requirements: - Expert PHP, LAMP, AJAX. - Knowledge of automated billing software Job description you are bidding on: - Consult, research and help select best software solution - Install, configure and customize for client purposes (note- customization is very minimal and with the right software may not be needed at all) - Support the production (live) version for up to 90 days after launch Terms and Conditions By bidding on this project you are considered a sub-contractor. A separate sub-contractor agreement will be provided for legal purposes. If selected you must sign and return the sub-contractor agreement before you are chosen on the Freelancer.com website. Once your contract is confirmed, you will be promptly selected for the job and you must accept the job in a timely fashion. Payment terms are non-negotiable and are as follows: - 25% initial payment to retain services - 25% milestone upon installation and set-up of a non-production (development) version (development space provided). - 25% milestone upon completion of a fully-functional and testable beta version - 25% milestone upon completion and approval of the project ***Developer is required to provide 90 days support without additional charge. Ongoing support after 90 days will be handled by a separate agreement. IMPORTANT: In your bid you must provide: - Previous experience with similar work and references - A statement indicating that you fully agree with the terms presented in this description - An estimated time-frame from start to launch Thank you and God Bless.
