Need legal docs for next version of our corporate web site. - Contracts
Background: Pentego technologies ( ) develops advanced next generation data protection software. Our website is used to inform and collect information from visitors. The 3 new documents must meet PIPEDA requirements for privacy & protection. Proposals must come from practicing Canadian Lawyers (in good standing) that can be found on the websites for one of the Canadian Bar Associations, preferably, LSUC. The full details of the required document contents will be given to the select proposal but basically, we need: 1) Terms of Use On our new website, there will links to external websites to quickly allow the visitor to review additional information. Pentego has NO control over the content of those sites and as such, can't be held accountable. 2) Privacy Policy We currently have a privacy policy on our website but need it updated to reflect the current usual items. 3) Trademarks The Pentego name, logo, swirl and the content of our web pages are the sole property of Pentego Technologies Ltd. As I said, more info will be provided after selection.
