We are looking for an Online Advertising Salesperson- We need a talented Online Advertising Salesperson to sell advertising space on a website for an entertainment figure, socialite and fashionista. The website has 5 pages and between 15-19 categories. We are primarily focused on the homepage and 1 other page that has 12 categories in the fashion realm; these pages are e-commerce based. This can be a part-time position, but the applicant must be available to communicate with the office at a set time weekly. Primary Responsibilities: * Initiate contact through cold calls with advertising prospects -We will supply a list -You must also develop your own list to go after * Manage all communications with the customer and negotiate deals. * Maintain accounts and deliver superior customer service for client. * Assess and compete successfully against the competition Skills Required: * Good negotiation skills * Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Neutral or pleasant accent, with a courteous manner. * Preferably US based or able to work in US time zones. * Solid understanding of online advertising and marketing, including pricing structures. * Able to communicate with the office via conference call Essential Qualities: * Positive work ethic and ability to exercise mature judgment * Ability to work independently as a motivated team player * Preference for a fast-paced, results-oriented environment * Ability to think analytically, set priorities and meet deadlines Salary: For a trial period will be commission based.
