Engineer unique aeresol spray can

It must compact to 4 inhes so it can be portable and fit in a backpack or pocket, but extend telescopically upto 14 inches. I was thinking the extendable portion cna be like a flexible straw. If so, you're hired. It can be electric, but must be made cheap for consumers. I want to engineer this device and sell refills for it. We can also talk about a Pump spray, that may also work.
