Job position J2EE Software Developer Job activities We are looking for a Developer with a focus on creating and maintaining Web services that interact with a complex environment, challenges around scaling and implement precise business logic. Your responsibilities will include: " Work in a highly interactive Agile Scrum development team, participating in Pair programming and enthusiastic about Test Driven Development; " Be a key team member in development and design of new projects; " Coaching of junior and Media developers (guide them through architecture and procedures, be a mentor helping with skills development); " Think with your colleagues about architecture decisions and help work them out; " Help improving the development work continuously in all areas (coding, processes, tools, testing, etc); " Be a technical sparring partner for the organisation to help the business create efficient and effective requirements; " Work with your international counterparts Profile The person we are looking for has extensive experience in on-line or related areas, with at least a demonstrable 6+ years of full-time employment. We need someone who can lead up in Java, so we expect you to be an expert in the language and preferably have good knowledge of what it means to work with large and/or distributed systems. We also believe that to be a well-rounded developer, you need experience with more than just one programming language.
