About You You are an innovative, passionate and experienced Graphic Design professional with a minimum of 5-7 years experience outside of school. Your expertise includes 3-d design, illustration and artistic expression, terrific knack for color combinations, knowing trends in the fashion and outdoor industries, and creating fresh concepts for new themes, style, and project direction. You will be creating illustrations and designs for our bottles to span a wide variety of demographics and cultures. Additionally, you will implement your management and mentoring skills as you lead, direct, and evaluate artwork from our team of designers. Creating and managing all aspects of the design process within tight deadlines will be exciting and energizing to you. The new member to our design family will be multi-faceted in design, enthusiastic, passionate, over-flowing with ideas, and ready to take our products to new levels. Designing in a distinctively wide range of genres and styles. You have an artistic portfolio that showcases diverse creations in a variety of media including: 3-D design, illustrations, photography, websites, advertisements, printed materials, etc. Expert user in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Website development talent. About the Position As the Graphic Design Manager, you will work closely with the Creative Director to co-create visual concepts and themes for all of the products. You are expected to take ownership of the overall projects, in addition to contributing your own designs. Effectively support projects while making recommendations regarding creative resources, outsourcing, workflow, processes, and other opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability. Management is key for all aspects of the complex design projects as well as managing your design team. You will also support the sales team by creating high-impact sales collateral including presentations, proposals, websites, and tradeshow booths. You will travel to industry tradeshows and related events to assess market impression and consumer feedback. This position is a blend of visionary design, team and project management, and executing unique artwork in a variety of media such as illustration, photography, and website.
