These contractors will be working on our Consultant Management System which will be utilized by the Division of Transportations System Development (DTSD) in the area of plan development. We are looking for developers who possess the following skills and experience: Experience in developing production web applications in a team environment. Java Development with Eclipse Experience with using Java Hibernate Framework. Experience with Java JDK 1.X Experience with Java Struts Framework Some experience using Mavin. The successful candidates will be self starters who can develop solid applications in the team environment on time and within budget. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Requirements Desired Skills: # of years experience JDK 1.6: 3+ years Maven: 3+ years Subversion 1.6.6: 2+ years WAS 7: 2+ years Web and client-server application development experience, including requirements gathering, design: 5+ Yrs. Documenting application requirements: 8+ Yrs. Documenting business processes: 8+ Yrs. In-Depth Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle Deliverables for each Phase of Development 8+ Yrs. Requirements analysis: 8+ Yrs. Requirements gathering: 8+ Yrs. Requirements validation: 8+ Yrs. Use case development: 8+ Yrs. Testing Methods/Techniques; Creation and Execution of Unit, System and User Acceptance Plan: 8+ Yrs.
