Scandinavian Sales Support
My client is looking to recruit an experienced sales support administrator to cover a 6 month maternity contract. You as the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: General Duties – Administrative: - Maintain and update the CRM database system, inputting new contact details, leads from exhibitions, meetings and delegate lists - Postcards to delegates list - Organise the dispatch of catalogues and other PR/business materials as requested by customers, the SM or other members of the sales/marketing team, when required - Delete contacts from CRM as a result of returned mailing labels - Invoices (once per week) – checking end user names on database and adding details (names, contact details, order etc) - Qualify incoming leads, deciding upon actions to be taken & taking appropriate action in agreement with SM - Provide telephone support to clients: e.g. following up requests, quotations and significant purchases to (a) ascertain whether the service and products meet clients’ expectations and (b) understand what needs to be done to secure repeat orders and to increase sales - Keep a record of all quotes in a file and cross reference sales results vs. quotes to monitor how many quotes convert into sales. Special Projects – Telephone & Internet: Location Research - Use websites to identify relevant institutes, departments, groups - Within the above list of potential contacts (match against existing on CRM) - Calling to qualify - Add names to database - Send out literature as required Discount Awareness – telephone reminders to new & existing accounts - Identify group & department heads, purchase officers in target discount group - Supply information that can be circulated by group & department heads amongst researchers regarding discount structure (email, flyers) - Follow up discount launch by phone 3-6 months later IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU ARE A FLUENT SWEDISH SPEAKER!
