Modernize and Mobilize Dating Site Customer Service
Job Description We have a growing Christian dating site focused on Asia. Some of the customer service and administrative tasks are "mobile" - able to do from anywhere, but a lot of them like customer relations are still tied up only on my personal computer/office. We also have a VOIP toll-free number from vitelity that just rings in my house and an online chat with some cheap but working company. We have no "issues queue" except for what's in my head. We want to hire people to help out with customer service but need to make the business more mobile to make that possilbe so people can work from anywhere. I would prefer non-google solutions if possible due to the big brother factor but am willing to use google solutions if there is no other cheap choice. If you are interested, this could be just a consultation on how to best to this, or else could be responsible for the setup, and also could become a part-time and eventually full-time position if you are interested. Or you could help me hire people and then just be the manager; actually you could also manage me (as the website technician) even though I'm also the owner. US/CANADA Applicants ONLY.
