Need Mobile iPad iPhone Version of My Website

I have a website, gizmonyx.com that I really like, but it doesn't show up on iphones or Ipads, because part of it is flash based. I need someone that can build a version of my site that will detect mobile devices and change to the mobile friendly version of the site depending on the device viewing it. Note: I don't want to change my current site at all. I want a second version of my site just for mobile devices. That will switch the site automatically depending on the mobile device.
