I own a marketing firm in USA. I deal with vendors who offer us SEO services. They are all "decent". I need someone/company to offer me SEO services who is extremely good at SEO. Price is not an issue. I have specific, targeted, keywords that I need to be #1 rank position on Google within 2-3 months. NOTE: Keywords will NOT be General for example "CARS" or "MONEY", etc. My Keywords would be more specific, for example "Collection Agencies in MN" or "Elevator Consulting Services", etc. You would have to be professional enough to put blog posts and articles on very high PR blogs/sites/forums, etc that is RELEVANT to website. For example, If website is a Elevator Consulting business, I don't want you to simply post articles on blogs/sites that in the "Business" or "Industrial" industry. They would have to be VERY specific to Elevator's. This is a long-term project of at least 2 years.
