Need a Part-Time Administrator for a Catholic Non-Profit Organization

One of our clients is a Catholic non-profit organization. They need to find someone who will serve as the executive assistant / administrator for the CEO of the organization. The duties would include duties like: 1. Reviewing and managing the CEO's email 2. Scheduling meetings/conference calls/travel 3. Working with other staff members to make sure tasks get done 4. Reporting on deadlines and due dates 5. Making phone calls and sending emails on the CEO's behalf 6. Making sure that the CEO is in the right place at the right time -- in other words, on time and on task! 7. Tracking and managing the CEO's expense reports and timesheets You can be located anywhere in the world. We will cover your telecommunications costs, and time zone differences are not a problem. We are in the US, so obviously that's a bit easier. But we're flexible. You don't have to have lots of experience, but you will need to explain why you will be good at this type of work! Here are a few questions. Be sure to address them in your proposal... 1. The CEO is very nice, but very disorganized. He's a bit of an absent minded professor. How would you keep him on time and on task? 2. The organization is a small, close-knit Catholic non-profit. Would you have any problems or objections working with an organization like that? 3. Do you have any experience or references from any Catholic groups or organizations? These can be personal or professional. 4. What experiences and attitudes are you bringing to the table? 5. Do your friends and family consider you very organized?
