WHO WE ARE: We are a small recruitment firm in the USA. We are using Wordpress.org blog to publish our jobs online with a simple Wordpress theme, that has not been professionally adapted to publish jobs. But it still works pretty well... OUR ISSUE: Job Search Engines (aka job aggregators, such as Indeed.com or simplyhired.com) are indexing our jobs using our simple and original rss/xml feed automatically published by Wordpress. Unfortunately, because our feed is too basic and not customized enough to publish jobs and because most of the on-line HR players have come up with a standard for those feeds (see here: -xml.org/), our feed cannot be indexed by all websites and all Job Search Engines. THE JOB: In addition to the feed we already have, we would like to create an additional feed HR-xml compliant so that every website willing to index our jobs can do it. See attached the HR-XML feed we would like to have in the end. It is very likely we have to add Wordpress Custom Fields to have all the fields required by the HR-XML standard. Many of them have already been created and published via HTML on the site, but not included in our feed... REQUIREMENTS: We need someone expert in Wordpress and expert in XML feeds. If possible someone who has already set up HR-XML feeds... CONDITIONS: I personally want to be explained all the customization to create this feed and will pay additional for that.
