A thriving company based in Warwick is aiming to secure a Financial Accountant to join their already successful team on maternity cover. This attractive role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to further their experience within Accountancy while assisting towards the smooth running of the department. Day to day duties expected of you: - Take responsibility for accurate and timely production of monthly financial and management accounts - Manage invoice processing and purchase order process to ensure all tasks are effectively delegated and completed accurately and in a timely manner - Process intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations - Produce daily, weekly and monthly cash flow forecast in line with group deadlines - Compile monthly accounts information - Ensure the quality of internal financial reports are accurately coded within the complex multi-dimensional cost centre structure - Guarantee integrity of GRN`s ensuring accuracy - Produce VAT and intrastrat returns - Clear down old information on the Accounts Payable ledger and close it at month end - Assisting with auditing including SOX The successful candidate will be: - Must be qualified ACCA or CIMA - Able to communicate effectively at all levels with internal and external customers - 'Hands on' with their approach to work To apply for this position please call Eamonn Fallon on 02476 229 898 or email your CV to efallon@venngroup.com Venn Group is acting as both an employment agency and an employment business.
