Swedish speaking Customer Service Representatives - We at Manpower are currently recruiting for Bilingual (Swedish and English speaking) Customer Service Representatives on behalf of our client, American Express. American Express is a world leader in charge and credit cards, travel, business services and travellers cheques. American Express have proudly grown into one of the World's most recognised and respected service brands. Responsibilities could include: * Provide excellent service to all Business Travel Account clients through general servicing of their accounts * Processing new account applications * Collection of outstanding monies on accounts * Re-educating clients as to American Expresses' processes and procedures * Updating and inputting data into relevant systems * Maintain and build excellent working relationships with internal and external customers * Provide a central point of contact for our corporate clients and first contact resolution on enquires, through both telephone and email communication. Successful applicants must; * Speak fluent Swedish and English language * Meeting & exceeding customer expectations * Demonstrating teamwork * Strong customer focus * Excellent customer service skills * Strong negotiation and collection skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to deal with shifting priorities and high workloads * Pro-actively seeks opportunities for improvement
