The Content Strategist will be accountable for managing and overseeing multiple strategy projects. They are responsible for providing team members with understanding customer behavior, managing insights projects, performing analysis and writing reports and POVs. Education • Bachelors Degree in English, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or related field required • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, English, Journalism, Media Studies, Library Sciences or related field a plus Experience • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience developing and managing online content strategy • Minimum of 2 year experience with web analytics and Internet research/reporting tools • Minimum of 3 years experience creating compelling content for different kinds of interactive media including websites, email newsletters, and social media • Minimum of 2 year experience with content organization, presentation and workflow tools. • Business strategy and creative planning background. • Digital content development experience required. • Social media experience, specifically in the area of content management and community management preferred • Industry experience in energy, wireless, airline, banking, insurance, consumer products is preferred
