HP BSM 9 solutions: HP OMi: HPBSM: BPM: uCMDB: NNMi: Sitescope: OMw: Vugen scripts for Application performance monitoring: Configuring and administering HP Sitescope: Description: IT Organization uses various Monitoring solutions predominantly HP BSM platform to provide monitoring services. Monitoring applications team is responsible for implementing, configuring, managing these applications. Manage suite of Monitoring applications throughout application life cycle Understand business and IT monitoring requirements and implement monitoring solutions Provide Production Support to monitoring applications including but not limited to HP BSM 9 monitoring solutions (HP OMi, BSM, RUM, OO, uCMDB, Sitescope, OMw etc), Keynote and Extrahop. Incremental development to support changing functionality requirements including Workflow development, customized reports etc. Train internal IT teams on usage of Monitoring Solutions. Duties and Responsibilities Production Support of HP Monitoring solutions and related Infrastructure Workflow design and development to meet requirements Complete Software Configuration changes Incremental development and integration of multiple HP tools User training on tools and supporting processes Co-ordination with principal vendors of the software for bug fixing, enhancement requests, upgrades etc. Engineering graduate with software development and configuration experience of 5 to 7 years experience Expertise in administering HP BSM 9 solutions HP OMi, HPBSM, BPM, uCMDB, NNMi, Sitescope and OMw Expertise in developing and implementing complex Vugen scripts for Application performance monitoring. Experience in configuring and administering HP Sitescope Experience in interviewing internal customers including various IT groups to understand monitoring needs and convert into monitoring solutions Experience in developing documentation on procedures and guidelines for daily tasks. Experience in training internal IT groups on monitoring platforms
