Job Description I am looking for a virtual assistant to help me with my general day-to-day activities(Business and personal), organizing my schedule, creating presentations ,calls etc. Here's what you need to know: -Telephone Handling -Email Handling -Calendar Scheduling -PowerPoint presentations -Excel spreadsheets -Web Research -Some knowledge about LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook -Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online. -Expense Management & Some personal tasks. Skills: -Broadband Internet connection -Time Zone BST / EST / PST -Microsoft Office/excel and Strong instant messenger communication. -Languages Known: English(UK). - Self starter, self motivated, extremely organized with a sharp sense of time management and a multitasker. - Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must. -Previous experience as a VA preferred -Ability to meet deadlines. -Excellent English,writing skills & telephone etiquette.
