Developer of CRM database
Job Description We are looking for someone to develop a very basic web-based (or Mac) database that we can use to input customer information such as name, contact, install date (for our water filter), and what product was ordered. Most important is that we need to have it be able to generate automated reminders (email or other form) at regular intervals to remind us to replace the customer's filters. We would also like it to be linked to a table with inventory information. We have web hosting so we could host the database on our host's server, and use a web interface (for ease of platform issues). Alternatively, it could be a Mac based database, either using Excel tables linked (not my first choice), or Filemaker. Feel free to put forward proposals of how you would anticipate carrying this out. Convince me you're the person for the job!
