Twenty year aged corporation with a start up faith based children and family media and merchandise franchise needs an entertainment attorney with pro active and forward thinking, to access our need, plan, and execute our legal services necessary to protect and prevent legal woes down the line (given we are a start up.) Need comprehensive entertainment legal services that covers possible loop holes, prevent legal mishaps, and evaluate what we need in terms of preventive legal coverage in outsourcing our entertainment needs with third parties. Since we are a start up project, we want to protect our interests in every area so we won't have to be concerned and preoccupied wondering if we are thoroughly covered while working with the global marketing firm, production (animation) studio, script writer, our own few 'in house' virtual contractors and few employees which we will have, etc. Our funding will be forthcoming soon, so we want to search early and know which attorney understands what a start up entertainment entity needs based on their experience regarding our legal protection-- without leaving any stone unturned. We don't need an attorney to simply ask us 'how can I help you?' or 'what do you need?' Rather based on their expertise, interest, and legal experience--take a leadership role-- and let us know what a start up entertainment entity needs, so that all our basis would be covered. We do not have the detailed legal perspective and foresight as they would. In summary, we need someone who can take the lead and create a package of several services they with foresight believe we need to move a start up forward with legal compliance and preventive measures.
