I am looking to have very basic blocking plans created for the real estate site selection process I am working on. I currently have a backlog of about 8 of these blocking plans I need to get done. It takes me 2 to 3 hours to do each plan and I think someone who works with CAD everyday could probably do them in less than an hour. Going forward I will have 2 to 3 of these plans I need done every week for the next three months. The ideal situation for me would be for the person who helps me to be located in India, China or Australia. I will provide a CAD file showing the property survey, a list of boundary constraints, building footprints (that you can cut and paste into the drawing). I will need you to create a very simple site blocking plan from the survey and information I send you. Below is an example of the crude blocking plan I need. The sizes buildings - (green color) will be provided. The survey boundary - (cyan) will be provided. The size of the parking stalls - (blue) will be provided. I just need someone to create the one line curbing - (white) and fit the buildings and parking on the site. Please email me with questions.
