Sales Support/Admin
An internet-based media & marketing company based on Long Island seeks a motivated administrative assistant & support person, to assist and support sales team with client interactions, meetings and overall sales process. Responsibilities include appointment scheduling and advanced calendar management via Outlook, pipeline tracking and updating, proposal support, data entry, management of contacts and database and various other administrative tasks including typing and editing. Current client roster includes companies such as Microsoft, HP & The Financial Times. Applicants should be high energy, proactive, have administrative experience and be comfortable in both corporate and aggressive, fast-paced sales environments. Should also have excellent written, verbal and organizational skills, be comfortable with client-facing interactions and be proficient in the Microsoft Office package, including Microsoft Outlook, Word & Powerpoint.
