We're currently having an existing database MS Access/SQL and are looking to develop something that will be able to have a 2 way communication to mobile devices using a the 4G LTE data network. I has a GPS and Mapping component among others. Looking for someone to advise me what I need to do in order to go from HERE to THERE. Including who to contact and how to get prices for the project and what I need to do an what sequence.
