Mid-level Corporate/Securities Attorney sought for Orlando law firm. Applicants must be members of the Florida Bar with 6-8 years of experience representing public and private companies, including publicly offered real estate investment trusts, in various business transactions, including formation, public securities offerings, private placements, merger and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, strategic alliances, ongoing securities compliance and general transactional and client counseling experience. Successful candidates will also be able to advise clients on corporate governance matters, reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, stock exchange rules, Blue Sky filings, and compliance with applicable regulations of the Financial Industry Authority (FINRA).  Candidates with an existing book of portable business is a plus but this is not a requirement.
