This is an internal training/communication online presentation that will be rolled out to all of our managers. It is giving them some information on how well the business did last year, and gives the managers some guidance around how to talk to their employees about their bonuses this year. Being an insurance company, we were greatly affected by many of the large natural catastrophes last year, so the business results reflect that. Bottom line is that the managers are delivering generally not great news to their employees regarding the bonuses this year. The read for the narrator of this should be reflective of that, but not too somber. It should be emotive and upbeat, but not joyous or happy. It should reflect the fact that the state of the business is very solid, it was just an expensive year to pay our policyholders and thus the bonuses won't be as good this year as in recent years. Files should be delivered via FTP or an online file delivery service such as YouSendIt, DropBox, etc. Files should be in a lossless format such as PCM compressed WAV files, NOT in lossy MP3 files. Files should be in final edited format, with one file PER SLIDE. Invoices should be submitted as a Net 30 invoice.
