Build Transmitter based on QN8007 Chip
I want you to build a PCB and transmitter channel bank with the transmitter QN8007 ( http://www.quinticcorp.com/QN8007.html ) or alternative the Si4712/13 http://www.silabs.com/products/audiovideo/fmtransmitters/Pages/Si471213.aspx I want that you put for example 100x transmitter chips together which are recognized by a computer (PC) under linux and can be controlled by software from a computer. I want to stream from a server starting 100x a audio-player-software directly digitally to the transmitter chip and want to control the RDS text of the transmitter chip. The application is like that: I want to provide for cableTV network operators a solution that they can broadcast FM analogue radio programmes via their network and want to build a channel bank which can be sold to CaTV networks to insert programmes which are delivered by IP (internet). I also want to control the RDS text of every station. The best would be if i could put a radio station every 200 khz, lilke: 87,5, 87,7, 87,9, ... 108 MHZ .... so I can broadcast around 100 Radio stations in a CaTV network... -------------- Another nice feature would be to have another channel bank with up to 50x FM-receiver chips (the same manufacturers as the transmitter manufacturers provide also receivers) so that I can receive up to 50 radio stations with a PC and manipulate the RDS text and rebroadcast them with the transmitter channel bank... Do you understand what I want? Budget first is limited... around 1000 USD.... later we have budget for updates! Keywords: Electronic, Layout, Engineering, Electrical, Microcontroller, PCB
