The client is looking to hire an experienced Network Engineer who will be focused on development and support of the Services Data Center lab network and Regional Data Center labs, you will have daily hands on experience with the latest backbone and datacenter technologies. The lab fully emulates our production datacenter networks with layer II switching, some layer III routing, layer 4-7 load balancing, and other advanced service provider technologies. Essential Duties:- 1. Develops and maintains configuration standards for networks in the lab environment 2. Supports users of the lab through working trouble and change tickets 3. Develops lab processes and procedures to ensure networks are performing up to user needs and operations are efficient 4. Assist in automation development of testing efforts 5. Maintain new and existing lab tools and diagrams 6. Assist design engineers in lab setup and testing as needed 7. Monitor lab network capacity and plan upgrades 8.
