Requirements: Required: 10 years of experience Must have written programs of at least 1,000 lines of code Microsoft Visual C++ applications Experience with DirectX 9.0C, 10/10.1, and 11 API Visual Studio 2010 XAML Troubleshooting existing or new software Desired: HTML5 Proficient in using a new proprietary operating system Experience creating remote executable applications Writing software in latest Microsoft Visual Studio C++ Software will accept remote commands and communicate back to host Write software to exercise latest DirectX API Write software to exercise network both wired and wireless Write software to generate internet traffic via web surfing Write software to exercise all other system hardware such as USB SATA Multiple display types (HDMI, mini DP, DVI) All applications should attempt to automate proprietary software for viewing or interacting with multimedia If the multimedia application does not exist it would have to be created Hardware: Required: Knowledge of PC system architecture Basic troubleshooting of hardware failures Experience measuring performance of PC system architecture Desired: Ability to assemble Desktop PCs Knowledge of new power savings features of tablets and smart phones (AOAC) Writing software in latest Microsoft Visual Studio C++ Software will accept remote commands and communicate back to host Write software to exercise latest DirectX API Write software to exercise network both wired and wireless Write software to generate internet traffic via web surfing Write software to exercise all other system hardware such as USB SATA Multiple display types (HDMI, mini DP, DVI) All applications should attempt to automate proprietary software for viewing or interacting with multimedia If the multimedia application does not exist it would have to be created Volt is an Equal opportunity employer.
