This is a 4+ weeks contract assignment. Conducts legal research into the concepts, practices, and procedures for the assigned area of law. Drafts and reviews documents involving letters, pleadings, discovery, and motion practice. Must be a graduate of an accredited law school with 2-5 years of experience and admitted into a state bar. Familiar with a variety of litigation concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Punctuality and attention to detail is expected.
