Position: Institute for Learning and Development (ILD) Analyst Start Date: Feb 2012 Duration: Approx 4 months Location: Tacoma, WA The ILD Analyst is responsible for providing data analysis; educating management on patterns and trends related to compliance on organizational education needs, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Other primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining robust learning management system, data collection, synthesis and analysis, report writing, assisting with department operations, and staff education design, coordination and delivery. This is a professional position working under limited supervision. Work situations are varied with frequent changes. This position is project focused and requires organization, presentation and communication skills, extensive computer and software skills, and quality decision-making within the scope of the position. Major decisions require the review and approval of the manager.
