Build a static HTML & CSS website from template

I need somebody to update a template purchased from monstertemplates with a new logo, color scheme, icons, default imagery and basic content. The logo provided which will act as the foundation for the color schema and thus the base for the required color changes to the template. The Content will be provided in a word document. /wordpress-themes/33790.html Attached is a PDF of the logo that the color schema should be based on. The site needs to be w3c compliant. I have also attached a PDF that contains the structure & content changed that I would like made to the site.
